Do you teach ChatGPT or Claude or what?
Neither - and both. The models get named freely inside the teaching, because practitioners name their tools. But the promise is never the tool: tools change quarterly, and the curriculum is the operator's system that survives the upgrade. Whatever model is best this quarter slots in as a component.
I'm not technical. Is this for me?
Yes. Everything here is built for owners who are brilliant at their craft and buried in admin. Nothing assumes a technical background - if you can run a service business, you can run these systems.
